Billing and cancel

Payments are processed by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar handles VAT and consumer-rights compliance. Cancel anytime from the link in your Polar receipt or by emailing hello@rateven.com. If you cancel during the trial, no charge is made and access ends on day 7. If you cancel after day 7, your access continues through the end of the paid period you already used, nothing more. We do not prorate.

If you signed up by mistake and have not used Pro features, email us within 7 days of the first charge and we will refund that first invoice as a one-time goodwill exception.

Quotes you saved stay tied to your license key. If you resubscribe with the same email, they appear again.
